Un peu court, même si les animatrices sont dévouées
Manque de temps !! l faudrait un atelier intermédiaire entre celui ci et l atelier privé.. Avec plus de temps, plus d'information,car c'était très intéressant mais un peu frustrant

Sympa comme expérience mais l'animatrice d'atelier assez peu aimable, voire malpolie
The sensorial experience in itself is great. The location just outside Grasse city centre is nice. The workshop took quite a bit less time than anticipated (1h30 instead of 2h). Sadly, the big minus was the instructor: she was quite rude towards most people and that really makes an otherwise pleasant experience a bit tense - especially as we were all adults (!) and she kept asking people not to touch things, not to roam around, etc etc. A real shame.

You made an appointment for a Classical worskhop which lasts one hour in Grasse, the only workshop that lasts 2 hours is the private Prestige workshop. We are very disappointed to hear that your experience with our instructor wasn't pleasant as our priority goal is to have a good time discovering our essences and creating your own perfume. Not what was expected
We thought we would get a tour, some history and learn a little bit about how perfume is made. This class is just sit at a table mix different fragrances together and leave. All in about an hour.

Hello Darin, We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, if you wanted to have more background on perfume creation we would have recommanded you to book the "Prestige" workshop which lasts 2 hours and is privatized. It would have answered all your needs in terms of in-depth explanations. Regarding the tour, we offer it freely at our great Bastide in Grasse, which is Molinard's head office and the place were it all started. The shop in Paris where you were given the opportunity to create your own perfume, is not the place where our perfumes are created and, thus, it wouldn't have made sense to have a tour there.
