Very disappointing, definitely not recommending
While there were 6 tables available the 20 or so attendees were packed on 3 tables, which included one table with 5 ladies which were extremely noisy and disrespectful with the rest. It did not feel at all exclusive, really wished to have gone with one of your competitors, won't book it again. We could barely hear the instructions which were initially to start with the first notes, then pause, then move to the next note etc. but since this group of ladies took so much attention, we did not get any pause as they did not take any themselves, and created a big mess. The other groups ended up having to rush through the rest of the composition, and not to take any pause which meant that you could not really smell anymore the essences. Everything was so disorganized, felt like kids playing around. It was for a birthday gift, really disappointing. The perfume itself did not turn out good as we could not hear properly the instructions with those 5 ladies taking over the whole experience and instructors time. We ended up having to rush all along, and finishing the composition very quickly due to this whole mess.

Dear Mr Burnel, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns, but we would like to remind you that the workshop you attended is a group session, and participants are informed at the time of booking that they will share the experience with other clients. Regarding the table arrangement: each table is designed to accommodate 10 participants. On the day of your workshop, there were 15 participants, so everyone had enough space and was not overcrowded, even across three tables. Some tables may also be unavailable due to maintenance or preparation, which is beyond our control. As for breaks, in this type of olfactory workshop, the period of scent perception usually does not exceed 25 minutes. Frequent interruptions could negatively affect the experience and the accuracy of creating a personalized fragrance. We hope that despite these circumstances, you were able to take home a memorable experience. Your comments are valuable to us and will help us continue improving our workshops. The Molinard Team

J'ai été extrêmement déçu de mon expérience d'atelier classique à 84 €. Mon expérience client est nulle, Je trouve ça extrement cher pour une heure où il n'y a aucune explication sur les matières premières, juste tête, coeur , fond. On nous donne 20 min pour sentir des bases ou matières premieres et en sélectionner quelques une et ensuite c'est une jeune fille qui décide des quantité sans explications. On fait du remplissage, et le rendu est décevant. C'est dommage, mais ça m'a permis de voir ce que je ne voulais pas faire si jamais je me lance dans ce business!

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d’avoir partagé votre ressenti. Nous sommes sincèrement navrés que l’atelier Classique n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Cet atelier a pour vocation d’être une initiation à la création de parfum, accessible à tous, et non une formation technique approfondie. Il permet de découvrir les grandes familles olfactives, de composer un parfum personnalisé avec l’aide de notre experte, et de vivre une expérience sensorielle unique. Concernant les 20 minutes d’olfaction, ce temps est volontairement limité : au-delà, l’odorat sature et la perception des essences devient moins fiable. Ce n’est donc pas pour brimer nos participants, mais pour garantir la qualité et le bon déroulement de l’activité. La sélection de votre parfum parmi plus de 90 essences se fait selon vos préférences, puis notre experte réalise le dosage final. Cela repose sur son expérience, sa formation, et une connaissance précise des concentrations, ce qui ne permet malheureusement pas d’expliquer chaque dosage en détail dans un cadre collectif, sans perturber l’expérience des autres participants. Nous pensons que notre atelier Prestige, d’une durée de 2 heures, en tête-à-tête avec une experte, vous aurait davantage convenu. Ce format offre un véritable temps d’échange approfondi, y compris sur la provenance des essences et les subtilités de composition. Nous espérons malgré tout que cette expérience vous aura apporté un éclairage utile, et restons à votre disposition si vous souhaitez retenter l’aventure dans un format plus adapté à vos attentes. The event was fun but the perfume does not worth the price. It smells cheap and only lasts for 20 mins!!!

Dear Mr. Nagy, We thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Concerning the quality of our creations, we work in Eau de parfum concentration (higher than Eau de Toilette...) with essences produced in Grasse. Based on the principle of the olfactory pyramid, you created a perfume composed of several essences with different immersions (head, heart and base) which allows the perfume to be balanced and to evolve throughout the day. What might make you feel like you no longer can smell your perfume after a few hours is the simple fact that your brain gets used to the smell of it, as it is not associated to a specific danger and therefore can be set aside to allow new odors to come in your olfactory field. But do not worry: your perfume is still on your skin and those around you can smell it. We invite you to spray it on hot spots (eg: the inside of the elbows, the neckline, behind the ears, etc.) so that you can reactivate it through movements and warm-ups and thus, be able to rediscover it during the day...
