Bonne découverte accessible même aux peureux

Le guide connaît bien le parcours et s’adapte au niveau du groupe. Nous étions 5 personnes: 1 couple et 1 famille dont 1 enfant de 11 ans (qui n’a eu peur de rien :-)) Tous les obstacles (sauts et toboggans) rencontrés sont contournables via la roche qu’on peux descendre sur les fesses. Pour les sauts plus « « complexes » » le guide vous indique si vous êtes aptes à gérer ou pas. Après c’est à vous de voir. Nous n’avons pas fait de parcours nécessitant harnais et mousquetons. Ça reste donc de la randonnée. On passe pas mal de temps dans l’eau et il faut savoir nager. Il faut une bonne paire de baskets. Pas trop neuves (ou trop onéreuses) de préférence car avec l’eau et les roches certains perdent les semelles… Une belle expérience et découverte… même pour quelqu’un qui a peur de monter sur une chaise… :-)
