A vraiment eviter / to be avoid
bonjour à tous, voici notre experience : reservation un mois à l'avance en ayant au telephone Maddy P pour une visite de la foret de Mimosas. Prépaiement en ligne. reception de confirmation de la reservation. Et puis la veille, je recois un SMS qui me fait comprendre qu'elle s'est trompée de jour. Je lui indique que c'est le lendemain (nous venons specialement en avion pour voir les mimosas en fleurs), et la elle me dit : pas possible demain, je pars en montagne. Bref, elle n'a pas du tout assurée, n'a pas trouvé de remplacant et nous (une famille avec personne agée) à laisser tomber comme une vieille chaussette. Pour la partie remboursement, il a fallu la contacter 5 fois (hyper penible) , pour finalement etre remboursé 3 semaines plus tard. une de mes pires experiences. n'y allez pas est notre recommandation. -------- hello to all, here is our experience: reservation one month in advance by having Maddy P on the phone for a visit of the Mimosas forest. Online prepayment. receipt of confirmation of the reservation. And then the day before, I receive a text message which makes me understand that she got the day wrong. I tell her that it's the next day (we come specially by plane to see the mimosas in bloom), and she tells me: not possible tomorrow, I'm going to the mountains. In short, she did not perform at all, did not find a replacement and we (a family with an elderly person) were dropped like an old sock. For the reimbursement part, it was necessary to contact her 5 times (very painful), to finally be reimbursed 3 weeks later. one of my worst experiences. don't book with her is our sincere recommendation.
