Annulation et toujours en attente du remboursement

Le jour même nous nous sommes présentés à la réception pour nous entendre dire que notre location était annulée et depuis nous courons après l'argent dépensé, sans retour de la part de la société

Fun trip but bad service

We had a great trip but they forgot snorkeling equipement which we paid extra for. When we told the desk of their omission they said it was our fault and they refused refund. The trip in the bay was fun but it could have been better.
