The experience: small group, eco-friendly boat, up close to the Calanques:
You will board a hybrid electric boat designed for small groups (up to 12 people): more intimate, more peaceful, and ideal for enjoying Marseille from the sea, far from the hustle and bustle.
Day program to discover the famous Calanques (7 hours)
10:00 a.m. – Welcome at the Old Port: right bank, quay of honor opposite the town hall, gate 2 (and welcome coffee/fruit juice).
Departure for the sea, with time to admire the Château d'If in the distance, not far from the old port of Marseille, made famous in The Count of Monte Cristo.
Sail to the famous Calanques and first stop for swimming: masks and snorkels are provided to explore the seabed. The stop is not in a specific cove, but the swimming spot will be chosen based on the number of people and the weather among the well-known Calanques of Marseille (Sormiou, Morgiou, En-Vau, Sugiton Port-pin, etc.).
It is not possible to disembark to explore the calanques on foot.
Aperitif + lunch on board: a glass of rosé wine, followed by lunch (menu subject to availability).
Afternoon: continuation of the sea trip with silent electric motor navigation for an even more peaceful experience.
Second anchorage possible in another calanque, depending on the weather.
5:00 p.m. – Return to the Old Port.
Duration of the sea trip: 7 hours (10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

Appropriate clothing for sailing required (bring a windbreaker at the start of the season, depending on the weather).
Pregnancy: after the 6th month, a medical certificate is required; notify the crew in case of a high-risk pregnancy.

Wondrrful day in a beautiful place
We sailed on the Goelette Alliance. It is a beautiful ship. The captain and crew were efficient and friendly and informative. They told us a lot about the region. We had a great buffet lunch on board while we were anchored in a calanque and could swim. We sailed a bit but there was not enougj wind. I loved every minute of the trip.
