Fun day with GREAT Customer Service
We had a wonderful day on our e-bikes in Marseille. We took a cruise shuttle into town and it was a bit of a walk getting to Fada. We were quite late, but they had our bikes waiting for us. The best way to explore Marseille on a sunny day is on a bike! Fada was very accommodating when we called and asked if we could ride the bikes to our cruise ship and they could pick them up there. The owner came and met us and drove us right to our ship! You just don't see customer service like that these days.
