Here is some additional information about the course of this Nordic walking outing.
After having equipped everyone with poles and having checked all your equipment, we will leave to discover the magnificent paths of the Esterel.
This Nordic walking will be punctuated by the variety of trails that the Esterel massif offers, but also by breaks to contemplate the landscape, to photograph it, to make it your own, whatever the season.
Each session will end with some stretching. Julie will not only guide you on the trails, but I will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the Esterel.
A gourmet box will be offered to you to immortalize this beautiful private moment.
