On the programme

  • Starting from the beach, we head towards Saint-Raphaël. It’s between coves and rocks that our journey begins. Accessible only by sea, they offer a still wild and preserved setting. Depending on the time of day, you can admire the contrast between the fiery red of the rock and the translucent turquoise of the sea.
  • To enjoy this landscape, a stop will be made a little further during the crossing of two natural pools.
  • You will appreciate the stop in the port of Fernand Raynaud for about 15 min., where swimming will refresh you.
  • In this cove, a passage under the bridges will take us to the calanque of the English and its intimate setting.
  • On the return (about 20 min.), we will approach the island of the old ones, an ancient Roman market turned into a cove in the heart of the red rocks. A little information: The old ones are fish! They live in rocky waters. The island is highly appreciated by snorkeling enthusiasts for the diversity of species that coexist.
  • You can enjoy a swimming stop and a visit to the island, if timing allows.
  • The return to the beach of Anthéor will be along the rocks along the coast.
