Give your little one a first approach to the world of horses with this discovery workshop specially designed for children aged 2 to 4, to be experienced with a parent. For 1 hour, your child participates “like the big kids” in fun and adapted activities: games, saddling, and mini-rides on our adorable Shetland ponies, in a safe environment at Dramont in Saint-Raphaël. A gentle and joyful experience to awaken curiosity, develop motor skills, and create a first bond with the animal.
During this 1-hour discovery workshop, children are accompanied by a parent and supervised by state-certified instructors. Everything is adapted to the pace of the youngest for a gentle first approach.
Your child discovers the basics of horse riding through various activities: saddling, ball and ring games, small courses, and mini-rides. Children actively participate, always under the watchful eye of professionals and with the reassuring presence of their parents.
Parents stay with their child throughout the workshop. Other family members can also attend the session (without intervening). Don't forget your camera or video recorder to capture these first pony memories.
If you are looking for workshops or riding courses for older children, we also offer little clouds for ages 4-7 and Pegasus for ages 8 and up.
