Yes, pregnant women can absolutely take part in Koh Lantor. The activity is adaptable: she can choose which events she wants to do or not. For example, for the pole balancing event ("Totem" type), only one member of the team has to do it; so if she prefers to skip her turn, she can cheer on her team from the side and resume the rest of the events without worry. The important thing is to listen and do it at your own pace, in a relaxed atmosphere.
