We offer you a friendly workshop where we'll guide you through the making of three chocolate bars. This apprenticeship will be enriched by lots of very practical advice to help you better consume this precious and coveted foodstuff!
We'll start with an awareness of chocolate quality and help you understand how to choose a good cru.
Then you'll be able to taste different types of chocolate and define what best suits your taste.
Finally, you'll learn all the secrets about molding techniques. You'll have all the tools in hand, so to speak, to create your own tablets and, above all, enjoy them!

Excellent accueil et super moment partagé autour du chocolat ! Très belle découverte, c'était pour mon anniversaire je ne regrette pas du tout ! Je le recommande et j'espère faire un autre atelier une prochaine fois. En tout cas, j'irai acheter des chocolats là-bas plutôt qu'en grande surface
Un moment exceptionnel
C'était génial ! Le joli couple de chocolatiers qui nous a accueillis tout au long de l'atelier nous a transmis leur amour (et pas seulement pour le chocolat). Un moment drôle et enrichissant. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir et bien évidemment, nos trois tablettes de chocolat chacun, qui sont très belles et surtout excellentes. Merci. Lisa et Maxence.
