Do you fancy a gourmet challenge to strengthen your team spirit or thank your customers?
Propose a fun and tasty cooking challenge for your staff, employees and customers: the preparation of a Provencal aperitif
La préparation d'un apéritif provençal is an animation during which your guestsprepare 2 to 4 recipes typical of Provence.
We offer a presentation of each recipe at the start of the challenge: goat's cheese verrines, basil verrines, tapenade and anchoïade are on the program.
During the workshop, quizzes on the art of living in Provence allow participants to win complementary ingredients for their team.
After the effort, the comfort! Each team presents its creations and the aperitif is enjoyed on site or later depending on the team building schedule.
A very convivial activity that helps to "break the ice" and strengthen bonds between participants!
Program:
1. Presentation of Provencal gastronomy and the importance of the aperitif in Provence
2. Provision of mortars and pestles, compostable disposable aprons and all necessary equipment. Particular attention is paid to participants' hand hygiene (antibacterial gel)
3. Participants work in teams, one after the other, to create a Provencal aperitif.
4. Teams rotate every 25 minutes or so, and at the start of each workshop, additional ingredients are collected by the teams according to the speed of their answers to a quiz on Provence's gastronomy and art of living
5. Each team presents and argues its achievements in a convivial atmosphere.
6. The full aperitif is served on site before lunch or dinner. A recipe sheet is given to each participant
