Propose to your collaborators / employees / customers, a playful and tasty animation for the time of a cooking challenge friendly and creative: the preparation of a snack with fruits and flowers.
This challenge, carried out in team, allows to strengthen the bonds between office colleagues, but also to highlight talents and competitive spirit.
!After a presentation of Provençal gastronomy and the importance of Côte d'Azur fruits and flowers in recipe development, your employees create their own snack of surprising flavors, with the preparation of 2 to 4 sweet recipes with flowers: Tiramisu with raspberries and violets, charlotte with peaches and rose or Belle-Hélène pear revisited with mimosa are, for example, concocted with our Provençal tips and anecdotes.
During this team building, quizzes on the art of living in Provence allow participants to win complementary ingredients for their game partners.
At the end of the workshop, teams present their snacks, which are tasted and commented on in a collective good mood!
Program:
1. Presentation of Provencal gastronomy and the importance of Riviera fruits and flowers
2. Provision of marble mortars and pestles, cutting boards and utensils, compostable disposable aprons. Particular attention is paid to participants' hand hygiene (hydro-alcoholic gel)
3. Participants successively prepare the four recipes to create a complete snack
4. Rotations take place every 30 minutes, and at the start of each workshop, additional ingredients are collected by the teams according to the speed of their answers to a quiz on gastronomy and the art of living in Provence5. Participants present their snacks and discuss them before tasting. Preparations are then tasted with the drinks served by the host venue.
6. A recipe sheet is given to each participant
Eco-responsible activity:
Our service provider promotes local products during its services, sourcing from around fifty small producers in the South of France. The containers, aprons and utensils used are made of recyclable and biodegradable materials. Our workshops do not require access to electricity or running water. Waste is kept to a strict minimum, sorted and organic waste composted on our site.
