On the programme

For the younger ones, but also for a first approach, this descent is ideal for giving yourself a taste of adventure!

We first meet you at the office, when everyone has arrived, we accompany you on foot to our base located just a few meters from the reception premises. Here you'll meet your guide, receive your equipment and leave your belongings in complete safety. After a briefing, you'll embark near the base. At the end of the tour, a shuttle will take you back to the base, where you can change and collect your belongings.

Good to know

Included in the offer	- Supervision by guide - Equipment provided: wetsuit, neoprene, helmet, lifejacket .
To take with you	- Swimsuit - Sneakers (no sandals, no water shoes)
Other info	Our activity is dependent on an EDF dam and the weather. We will update you by SMS or e-mail the day before the activity - between 6 and 7 pm - regarding water levels. If these do not allow us to do the chosen activity, we will propose an alternative (another activity on the same day, postponement according to your availability...)
Important information	- Must be at least 7 years old and weigh 30 kg - Must be able to swim - Must have no medical contraindications to the activity .
