The time to settle down, to listen to your body, your emotions and if you did it in communion with nature at the winery, in the heart of the vineyards? We invite you to Domaine la Croix, Cru Classé, to live a unique experience supervised by a qualified coach (45 to 50 minutes of Vinyasa yoga classes).
What is "Vinyasa" ? It is a Sanskrit term which means synchronization of the movement on the breath. It can be defined as a sequence of dynamic movements, initiated and harmonised by the breath. The sequences are the result of the teacher's experience and are adaptable to the needs of each individual. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga: it allows you to exercise while working on the alignment of the body. In Vinyasa Yoga, breath and movement are linked so that each action leads to the other: each movement has a corresponding breath.
This private experience is reserved for a group of 2 to 5 people (then an additional person is optional up to 12 people).
