Departure via freeway towards Tourves. Arrive late morning at Domaine du Billardier in the heart of Provence Verte, between Brignoles and St Maximin.
11:30 / 13:00 - Aperitif: Savory appetizers (olive, chips, peanuts, marinated shrimp and grilled sardines, merguez and chipolatas grilled over a wood fire)
13:30 / 15:30 - Meal (dishes served at table): Lamb cooked on the spit and cut up in the dining room, wood-fired potatoes, green salad / Cheeses / Basket of seasonal fruit / Cake / Red wine & Rosé / Still mineral water / Coffee.
At around 5:00 pm, leave the estate and drive back to your departure location.
For your information: We would like to inform you that a shuttle service can be organized to take you from your departure point to the main coach that will be doing the excursion.
