J'ai commencé la prestation par un gommage qui s'est très bien déroulé dans le timing parfait. Ensuite j'ai dû fouiller dans le sac afin de voir le déroulé de mes soins et les lieux où me rendre car aucune info ne m'avait été donnée... Lorsque je suis arrivée pour le bain hydromassant la baignoire n'était pas remplie ce qui m'a fait perdre du temps pour le dernier soin, celui que j'attendais pas dessus tout... Le modelage californien ! Il a donc été écourté de 10 min... Au prix où j'ai payé la prestation globale et du fait que ce retard n'est pas de mon fait... J'ai été très déçue !
