After a historical presentation of the Commanderie de Peyrassol in the heart of the century-old barrel cellar, your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its specificities by observing the vineyard landscapes.
Then discover the winemaking process from berry arrival to bottling by immersing yourself in our stainless steel chai dedicated to whites and rosés, then on the floor below, in our reds chai with its concrete vat room.
In the historic harvesters' room, you'll then taste 5 emblematic wines from our finest cuvées.
Before or after this guided tour, stroll the paths of Peyrassol at your leisure with the help of an explanatory booklet and map, to discover the rest of the route, the works in the Philippe Austruy Collection, the Remarkable Garden, the vineyards and the forest.
As for the art center, it can only be visited during guided tours.
You can also dine on site at Chez Jeannette or at Lou's Bistrot (reservations required, see opening dates).
