Canyoning in Côte d'Azur you need :
The guide will provide you with a wetsuit for the water.
The most important thing is to wear closed shoes (such as trainers) that will get wet in the water.
Shoes can be hired on request.
Please note: water shoes (for the sea) are not suitable for this activity.
Please bring a towel.
For canyoning in Côte d'Azur you can bring your own drinks, as the guide carries a watertight container. Otherwise all the equipment is included.
Level 1 canyoning courses are available from the age of 8. All the difficulties (jumps, etc.) can be avoided.
The gorges du Loup and the ruisseau d'Audin are canyons suitable for families.
Level 2 canyons are also accessible, but at the end of the route you have to abseil down the canyon.
