Your boat trip begins at 8:00 am from the Vieux-Port, the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël, conveniently located in the town centre.
Settle in on board and enjoy approximately 50 minutes of cruising towards Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
The journey is an experience in itself. Leaving Saint-Raphaël behind, you will cruise along one of the most distinctive stretches of the French Riviera, with views of the Mediterranean coastline and the striking red volcanic rocks of the Estérel massif.
On arrival in the Lérins archipelago, your crew will introduce you to the islands during a panoramic cruise.
Located just off the coast of Cannes, the Lérins Islands offer a completely different atmosphere from the busy resorts of the Côte d’Azur.
You will cruise past Saint-Honorat Island, where the historic abbey can be seen from the sea, before continuing towards neighbouring Sainte-Marguerite Island.
The boat will then dock at Sainte-Marguerite Island, the largest of the Lérins Islands, where you will have approximately 2 hours to explore independently.
You can spend your time however you wish:
walk beneath the island’s pine and eucalyptus trees;
discover its small Mediterranean coves;
visit the Fort Royal;
discover the story of the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask and see the cell traditionally associated with his imprisonment.
Entrance tickets to the Fort Royal and other paid attractions on Sainte-Marguerite Island are not included in the boat trip.
After exploring Sainte-Marguerite Island, it is time to enjoy the Mediterranean.
The boat will anchor for approximately 45 minutes in the turquoise waters of the Lérins archipelago.
You can choose to swim, explore beneath the surface, use one of the paddleboards available on board or simply stretch out on the sun deck and enjoy the scenery.
Nearby lies the underwater museum of Sainte-Marguerite Island, an unusual collection of monumental sculptures installed beneath the surface of the Mediterranean.
If conditions allow, you can swim from the boat towards the submerged sculptures.
There are 32 swimming masks on board, allowing each passenger to use one during the swimming stop. Flotation jackets and pool noodles are also available for guests who would like extra support in the water.
Swimming and paddleboarding are completely optional. If you prefer to stay dry, you are welcome to remain on board, relax and enjoy the boat and the surrounding scenery.
After the swimming stop, the boat heads back towards Saint-Raphaël.
The return journey once again takes you alongside the Estérel coastline, giving you another opportunity to admire its red cliffs, rocky coves and Mediterranean scenery from the sea.
Arrival back at the Vieux-Port of Saint-Raphaël is scheduled for approximately 1:00 pm.
