Fraud - don't book! – Fraude - ne réservez pas !
We booked and payed two sessions via the webpage 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrivel we were told the sessions can not take place because they forgott the reservation. We were prommised our money back. But until today we have not got one of the 200€ back. I have tried to call and write to the provider several times, but my calls are ignored. DONT BOOK THIS. IT IS A FRAUD! Nous avons réservé et payé deux sessions via la page web 3 semaines à l'avance. À notre arrivée, on nous a dit que les séances ne pouvaient pas avoir lieu parce qu'ils avaient oublié la réservation. On nous a promis de nous rembourser. Mais jusqu'à aujourd'hui nous n'avons pas récupéré un seul des 200€. J'ai essayé d'appeler et d'écrire au fournisseur plusieurs fois, mais mes appels sont ignorés. NE RÉSERVEZ PAS CET. C'EST UNE FRAUDE !
