On the programme
Meet at the dive center where we'll give you the equipment (wetsuit or shorty, fins, mask and snorkel).
Direction the "Lion de mer", an island about 10 minutes by boat from the port of Fréjus.
Once the boat is moored, a briefing of the place will be made and we will introduce you the Mediterranean flora and fauna that you will observe by your own.
One person will stay safe from the boat to monitor you. If you want an instructor coming with you in the water, contact us before booking.
